Why don't you try the so called "Shared Risk Refund Program for IVF Treatment". Its about $25,000, but they finance it for you and you have the right of 6 tries of IVF, until you get pregnant. If you don't fall pregnant after that, they will give your money back. I believe it's better than spending so much money and have no guarantee if it will work. I am considering that...

I'm in California in the Silicon Valley, and mine is costing approx $15k.  That's with no extra services (i.e. injecting sperm into egg, genetic testing, etc.)  Many clinics list there pricing, but it doesn't include everything.  The meds themselves are about $5k.
