About what time of the year do African grey parrots lay their eggs..

I'm a high school student in Thailand, recently I had one but tragically he died of yeast infection. I'm still grieving about him in my dreams. So I figured I need to get another, around December (Christmas Vacation). Do they lay eggs like year round or only on certain periods during the year???

PS i didn't noe they sold parrots in thailand too.. but in oregon (where i come from) have lots of em'

African Grey’s do not have a specific breeding season; they can and will lay at any time of year.It is possible to manipulate them to lay when the weather is  more favorable

Usually in the early spring,if you pull the babies early enough they the parents may have a double clutch.
