my husband and i are going to start it tonight. we have done it before and have been able to find lists on-line as to what is acceptable. but i couldn't find what meats are acceptable.

anyone know?

also, besides brown rice, is it okay to have brown rice pasta, rice noodles and corn noodles? as long as the ingredients are simple? eg: corn flour and water or brown rice and water...

  1. You cannot have any kind of flour what so ever so NO PASTA!

Remember the meats are in the 20% column. It is preferable to have none while doing wild rose but keep it to a minimum:

-Beef, Lamb, Poultry, Pork, Veal - all less than 20% (acceptable but better to avoid)

The exception to the 20% rule is fish - you can eat all you want.

-fish (cod, red snapper, sole, halibut, sea bass, salmon)

WHAT YOU ABSOLUTELY CANNOT HAVE IS

    -shellfish

-cheese of anykind - including soy

    -buttermilk

    -black tea

    -yogurt

    -bananas

    -currants

    -dates and figs

    -FLOUR OF ANY GRAIN

    -grapes

    -fruit juice

    -honey, malt, syrup

    -mangoes

    -melons

    -molasses

    -PASTA

    -pineapple

    -raisins

    -soup if thickened with flour

    -tropical fruit

    -mushrooms

-sugar, candy, cereal, jam, oily nuts, etc.

  2. It's a half baked cleansing ritual that usually goes with a high fiber diet that doesn't include red meat, processed foods or animal fats.

Poultry and lean pork are recommended as the "well if you can't avoid meat" solutions.

Just go on clear fluids for a couple days and drink a bottle of MoM every hour.

    Same thing but faster.

    Don't forget the TP.
