  1. To help with the swollen face, ice the area it will help with the pain and bring the swelling down.

"There are some activities which may increase the propensity for dry socket formation...smoking, drinking carbonated beverages in the first 24 hours after surgery, spitting or drinking through a straw in that same time period...but often "dry sockets" occur for no particular reason at all."

  2. NO BLOWING YOUR NOSE!!!!!!!!!!!

You just had all of your wisdom teeth out, they should have told you no sucking on straws, no blowing, and easy on the chewing for a few days. Take ibuprofen for the swelling. It will go down in a day or so.

I had my wisdom teeth out one at a time, so I know the agony.

    Good Luck
