About work study and scholarships

Question

Outside scholarships generally reduce work study.

So, for work-study to be completely wiped out, is it based on the amount for each outside scholarship OR the total number of all outside scholarships?

WHY?

**** idk! but I need more loan money!! Therefore, I requested them to reduce my work study so that i can get more money from the loan =( O yeah and I dont have any outside scholarships ****.
