Above ground pool problems?

have 27foot above ground round pool. started at one point and went around replacing liner. have about a foot left over. comp. swears it is the right size. what went wrong or what do i do to fix it. this did not happen when we first installed it.

  1. It sounds to me like, when you put your metal band that goes

    on top of the liner and sidewall you pulled the liner a little bit

    tight.  You will need undo by taking off and work out slack.  I don't know what type liner you have but if it drapes the side by a couple inches use clothespins to hold the liner in place .


  2. The extra may for expansion when it gets full of water. Not sure, just a quess.
