Abusive by trademark company

Question

hithis is my company yahoo mail: [e-mail] but before i have not this account original infotrmation so im delete it for trying crate it by info after 90 day

a abuser persin make it and yahoo accept crate this account before 40 day

and now this person abusive by we company mail and trade mark and was impersonate my company agent

what i do now? help me plz

i need this account

where i report it?

I believe its first come first serve with yahoo emails. However if a person is mis-representing himself to be part of your company and using trademarks in his email, you may have a right for legal action. You will need to contact a lawyer for further information.
