replace the resistor box first. that is what tells the fan what speed you want.

you need to change the blower motor resistor.located under the dash on the passenger side just behind the bottom of the glove box.two screws to remove it.

You need a new blower.  Mine has 5 settings but only ran on 2 & 5.  It was pretty inexpensive (the part was only $20).
