Ac hotel maharashtra beach?

i'm searching for hotel on the beach only not far from pune. my buget is 1500. only ac! prefer privet like kotteges. what u know about kamat? about exotika? other? do u know the posibility to contact directelly the hotel and not agent? pls send links to view the place!
