Academic Training in Washington, DC.?

Question

I am currently studying in the U.S (Washington,DC) and I wish to do an Academic Training (like an Internship) before I leave (I am not a U.S citizen). I am looking for where to work during this summer. My major: Business Administration and I intend to get a job in a Human Resources dept. of any company. Any BRILLIANT ideas? Thanks in Advance

as a foreigner its difficult esp now. u can write to the big companies directly and see what they say.  u must offer them something - eg just pay for food/transport / half lodging or whatever.  then it will be worth it having u on board.  they may like u and offer fulltime one
