Academic competitive grant question

I accepted the financial aid I was offered...However, when I went to check when it will disburse I found that I was also offered something called the academic competitive grant for year 2 for $650 each semester....but I graduated high school in 2003...I dont want to accept until I know it isnt a mistake since I dont actually qualify for it...Ill call FA tomorrow...anyone know about this
