Academic dissmissal?

this was my first year in college and i really messud up bad so i got dissmissed.. i just sent in my letter and im worried. do you think they will accept it or not

I'd have to know the details but wow that sucks. College is the only institute of this American educational system where you can actually learn something. If it's a top notch-college then I'd say no, but if it's acommunity college or something then maybe.

You should go to the Department Chair of your department and beg him to reinstate you.

Did the college ask you to leave or it your idea. If it is your idea then I suggest that you should enroll for the next quarter or semester. The worst thing that can happen is academic probation. See your college counselor to get this situation resolved.
