Acai pills - ? for those who take it?

I just got a supply of Tropic thunder caps (Acai with Camu Camu fruit)

it says to take 2 to 6 capsules a day... but is that all at one time or is that dispursed throughout the day?

You can take them all at one time I would imagine. The Acai pills I have are just freeze dried fruit in a capsule. I'd start with just 2 to see how you react. (just in case you have a fruit/berry allergy you're unaware of.) Then up it from there every few days till you are at the maximum amount a day you feel comfortable with, up to 6.
