There are probably teams with better bowlers than Australia but no team is as accurate as the Australian bowling line up and that makes them the best.

India & Australia tie for this title, then South Africa. Ever since the dawn of cricket Australia has always had an awsome bowling attack, both pace and spin wise, normally they only had one full time spinner on the team, the rest were part timers or all rounders, their main attack was their pace, until Shane Warne that is.. and we all know what happen after that, but now that warnies out Australia are struggling to find a good spinner, sure they got stuart macgill, but after him there is really no one.

India traditionally have had a very very strong spin attack, with a meek pace attack, only very recently has india, swung into full momentum with its bowling, with the discovery of talented youngsters like sreesanth, R.P. Singh, Zaheer Khan and Ishat Sharma + more like Munaf Patel, they now have a pace attack almost as strong as the Aussies, also they have traditionally bred swingers of the bowl this is eveident in Irfan Pathan. They also still have a very potent spin attack, with extremly experienced Anil Kumble, the ever controversial, but talented nonetheless, harbajhan and the new emerging Piyush Chawla,+ the partimers like sachin and sehwag, give india a pretty strong spin attack.

South Africa, has some amazing talent in its bowling ranks, with the likes of Dale Steyn and Andre Nel (who should never have been dropped), all they need is a world class spinner to put them right up there with india and australia in terms of bowling.
