Access Host files from Virtual PC?

I'm having Windows XP, and installed Virtual PC 2007 with Windows 2003. I want to access any drives, folders or files in XP (host) from windows 2003. How can I do this? any help is appreciated

I can't give you a direct answer to that. However, I can recommend VMWare. It is very easy to use and it comes with VMWare Tools for almost every operating system which allows drag and drop from the physical system to the virtual system.
