Access internet though FBUS cable

Question

sir,       I had get a new nokia 2630.I wish to connect it with my PC  [OS-windows vista home basic, 32 bit ] by using FBUS cable to attain internet on PC. The Nokia PC suit for it doesn't recognise the connection type. So what I do to get connection through FBUS cable to attain innetwork connection in PC.
