Access to America?

I got in to a fight when I was 18, and completely related to the first fight again when I was 22. That was ten and six years ago. I have never been in any other trouble, it was one mad Family. Mad, but clever, I got lots of false witness statements both times and I got a record for violence, wounding. I did probation both times and was let off early both times for behaving well. Now I want to go to America, when they fingerprint you, do they check the UK database, or American database? Just had the wrong "friends" back then, thanks..

  1. you have no chance,  usa does not accept anyone with a criminal history to enter...never mind live there!

  2. Why would you want to come to this country in the first place?  There's no jobs water is scarce, people won't accept you because your British what's the point?  And yes they fingeprint everyone for safety.

  3. They will check both database.  This seems like a pretty minor offense in the grand scheme of things is doesn't sound like a big deal.

  4. i know how you feeel. im wanting to do the kinda same thing. but not go to america lol.

im not to sure if they do or not.

  5. Apply to the american embassy - they will prob let you in anyway - better to be upfront than to get deported.
