Accessible recycling places in Dubai??

Question

are there any accessible places to recycle paper and plastic items in Dubai preferably in deira or karama

should be accessible don't put answers about Dubai recycling park or the ones that are going to come up i want to know the existing ones only

why don't you just contact a local town office or look in the yellow pages (or there equivalent) if that doesn't work contact your local embassy or consulate
