Accessing Indian Public Records (passport, pan card etc..)?

is there anyway to access public records of Indian nationals

like if a person have passport number and from that to find his address, like that?

i dont think there is an easy way to get that info, pls contact the passports office for getting authentic info

no web sites available but if you aproach an auditor for tracing the name  thro' PAN card you will get some result like wise aproach a reputated travel agnet for tracing add thro' passport.
