Accessing a file in my yahoogroup?

I need to print a file that has been placed in my yahoo group but every time I try, I get a window that says the file is not accessible. What should I do now?

it's a reoccurring glitch, you can report it if you want but other's have already. the last time it didn't last too long.

also make sure you have the software you need to open the file type
