  1. You need to file a workers comp claim if you were at work. Your boss should have told you this right after it happened. But the claim needs to be filed with in, I think, 3 days of the accident.

  2. Your employer is responsible for the cost of your medical care as well as that of your medicines if you were injured on the job. There should be a flyer posted in an employee break-room or conference that tells you who your Workman's comp representative is. Contact the representative and keep a good record of all medical bills and receipts, and any writ-ups of the incident. I hope it works out for you.

  3. depends on whose fualt it was?  yours or due to bad or dangerous working conditions.

  4. DON'T EVEN MESS WITH IT...FILE A WORKER COMP. COMPLAINT THE EMPLOYER IS RESPONSIBLE AS LONG AS YOU FILE THE COMPLAINT

  5. Ok lets ask the question this way.

If you had an accident while working and the taxi cab took you to the hospital, who should pay the bill, you or the cab driver bc he took you.

You are  ultimately responsible for your bills if you do not have any type of insurance.  If you were working you should be able to file a claim on your workers comp carrier. They would reimburse you for the bills if you paid them.

  6. It is a worker's compensation claim.  They need to report the loss to their insurance company.
