Accident last night passed on right a car stopped with no turn signals then car hits me?

as i am passin she cuts wheel slams on gas and hits me on left side at rear passanger door and rear wheel well is she at fault there was no indication as to why she was stopped no turn signal no stop sign and on coming traffic to the left

It's the law that you must use turn sisngals when chaning lanes

did you say you were passing the car on the right side because she stopped in the middle of the road with no turn signals or anything then she gave her car gas and hit you?

If you were traveling say north on a two way road and you did that then its your fault you have no business trying to go around her since you  yourself admit you didnt know what she was doing since she had no turn signal on

It would be your fault for passing on the right if this was a two lane road but her fault if it was a four lane road...
