I was in an accident yesterday may 7, 08 in florida. I was making a right turn unto another road, another car was in front of mine. The woman hesitated to go, so when i looked and she took her feet off the brake i thought she made the turn, but i took my eyes off her and instead looked to my left to see if i could make my turn and then BOOM! it happened. I hit her car, i called 911, then my mom, she then called my brother and told him what happened, it happened close by to my home so in 5 minutes he was there. he parked his car behind mine, the cops came and told him to move his car, he moved it to the other side of the road. The cop was talking to me, people were looking at the accident, and then BOOM! another accident happened. Now the cops told him that his vehicle was a contributing factor to the other accident, but if they did'nt tell him to move his car this would not have happened, and his car was not hit. Please i need help with these problems, i have a wrecked leased car, HELP

  1. well, is it a very bad accident, or just couple of scratches. I don't think the dealer will be very harsh on minor accident. Well just let the insurance takes care of it.

on the other issue, h**l no, it wasn't your brother's fault, tell the cop to prove it. It was probably careless action by other drivers.

  2. The best thing to do~is to take it to a nice body shop! The Dealer shouldn't notice when the lease is over. But if they do their gonna take some money off your down-payment!

  3. Stop your worrying and just turn everything over to the insurance company and remember that the leasing company will find out what happened so dont try to hide it.

  4. hopefully you have insurance and if the car was totaled it doesn't really mater they will pay your car off and also if the insurance company doesn't cover the whole amount of what you owe on the car from the lease buy out all leases already come with gap included so that means you come out clean from the lease and if it wasn't totaled just get your insurance to fix it its not a big deal trust me
