I read an article about 3 years ago about a man in Puerto Rico who under a unexplained event skipped time and crossed a street in an instant, he explains it as time travel and even somehow managed to decipher what had happened to him, what circumstances and how to recreate it he even went as far as creating a small machine that according to him was able to send smoke to another dimension.
I had saved the link to that article but it was lost in one of my many re-formats, I don't even remember the page I read it from;
Does anyone have an Idea of where I might find said article if it maybe made the regular news or maybe even know who I'm talking about please please post some links or give me any information at all about this guy or how I might find more info about his particular experience.
