Accidentally deleted NVIDIA driver?

and now my screen is all bonkers.. the fonts are too big etc.

what do i do to get it back to normal?

i did the same thing but purposely so i can install an update version onto my computer but i get an error message saying it cant find driver. it said the same thing before and after i deleted it. anyways to the point, go to control panel and there should be a tab under "systems and security" which says "review your computers status". click tht and at the bottom of the page, there should be a button that says "recovery" which would allow u to restore ur computer back to an earlier time. in simple terms, go to "recovery" and recover ur systems memory a day before u deleted the driver. the computer will restart and after tht, the nvidia driver should be restored. hope this helps
