Accidently ate rubberband HELP!!!!!!!

i have braces so when it came to eat lunch i had rubberbands on in a way it wont bother me while i eat so i ate with them on and soon after i finished eating one band was missing from my mouth WILL ANYTHING HAPPEN TO ME? or ill just **** it out

Nothing at all will happen. They're not toxic, and people eat stupider things all the time.

The little ones that go on braces are so small your stomach acids will probably dissolve it. You'll never even see it again, and you won't feel it - either in your stomach or your bowel movement.

You can ask your orthodontist, but I'd venture that people swallow those things all the time.
