Accommodation needed in Stuttgart, Germany, from Feb 2008 to July 2008..?

Hi all, I am a graduate of IIT Kanpur, India. I will be in Stuttgart, Germany from Feb 2008 to July 2008. I need cheap accommodation for these six months. Where can I find it? Any help will be highly appreciated.

If you search in the city of Stuttgart you can check on the local Newspapersites if you do understand enough German.

I'd recommend you find a furnished apartment. Hotels in the area are quite expensive.

Maybe try contacting the University in Stuttgart. People are always looking for roommates and this way you save money.

Are you sure you'll be in Stuttgart directly?

The University of Tuebingen is nearby, for better reference many people say "Stuttgart" when they mean Tuebingen or another of the small cities around Stuttgart. This is especially true when communicating internationally.
