Accommodation on GR4 in Provence?

Hi, my boyfriend and I are walking the GR4 from Moustiers Sainte Marie to Grasse in a couple of weeks. I rather stupidly thought it would be quiet and easy to get accommodation - very wrong. Any ideas for accommodation in Castellane, Soleilhas, Aiglun and Grasse? We will be on foot.
