Accommodation on Tirumala hills?

I want to know if accommodation "other than the standard rooms offered by the TTD board" is available on the Tirumala hills.

Does TTD itself or any private guest-houses rent out A/C or luxury, deluxe rooms near the temple? How and where to book these rooms? Location and contact details, if any, please. Thanks.

Hi....Yes of course. Tirumala hills have other guest houses which have airconditioned rooms too. Try Padmavati Guest house for accommodation. But you have to book all these atleast two months in advance.
