You look at the players you have now and what you had then.

no, because it is an unofficial game. should be started from a new game. clear the slate.

Just sub in players for the already existing line up, if suspended.

If postponed before the start, then you can just use a completely different lineup, unless you gave the ump the line up cards I think.
