  1. There's a few periods (OK, many).  I'm sort of a history nut).

I want to see California in the 1830's.  It was still the rancho period and there was minimal western development.  I'd love to see the state with nearly zero human impact!

California again around 1880.  I restore and research railroad equipment from this period.  A group I'm with have some very specific questions on design and construction.  Also, an old railroad's records from this period are nearly non-existant (destroyed in the S.F. Earthquake).  This would still be a great period to by land, semi-selfishly).

The late 1970's and early 1980's to do a tech company  stock investment buying trip.

I'd love to to do snapshot visits to see what Lewis and Clark saw in 1802.  The Revolutionary period.

Visits to Europe around 1200 and 1400.

    Rome.

    Greece.

And a jaunt to one of the Ice Ages.

Might go nuts on a jaunt to the Triassic or Jurrasic periods.

  2. the 70's or 80's i love everything about that era; maybe except for the war.

  3. 1996 so I could save Tupac from being shot!!!!! lol

  4. i would stop wwii, (the whole holocaust disaster). it would save 6 million lives and possably the whole stupid neo-n**i culture. it would help humanity for all time in my opinion. or just go back and not do some of the dumb things that got me in trouble.

  5. Back to the Great Depression in the US because it was the only time in US history when we were close to becoming a socialist state.
