Is it one Month , or 2 months period if the job is permanent,what rights the employee has in such condition ?

  1. There may be internal agreements within a company but according to Swedish law you have to be given at least:

    * 1 month period if you have worked less than 2 years

    * 2 months if you have worked between 2-3 years

    * 3 months if you have worked between 4-5 years

    * 4 months if you have worked between 6-7 years

    * 5 months if you have worked between 8-9 years

    * 6 months if you have worked 10 years or more
