it's nigh on impossible to describe colour to a blind person. i say it's easier to explain than defining define. however, to support my argument - who is capable of describing colour in this way?

  1. Colour is how much a particular collection of moelcules reflects light. The different amounts that this happens by, cuases a different wavelength of radiation. This is seen by an eye as a colour. A colour blind person cannot detect these subtle differences in refelctive ability easily.
