The Second Amendment means that the government cannot make it illegal for citizens to keep and carry weapons for their protection.  It also means that citizens who do have weapons have a responsibility to defend their country against enemies both foreign and domestic.

There are too many politicians in Washington and in the 50 states who need to understand what the 2nd Amendment actually means and to repeal most of the "gun laws" on the books as most of them are unconstitutional.

Broadly speaking "Only if women have no objection to it"...Because from what I think women may have more severe objections in such cases.

So its either to walk around with naked arms (no mention of anything else) or the right to bear arms .... theres a lot of people in the states, and there aren't that many bears ... o dear
