the works of the flesh are contrary to the works of the Spirit, the works of the flesh will burn up when you stand before the holy God and all you'll be left with is what you bore as a branch through the true Vine that is Jesus Christ, the increase God gave in your life through His holy Spirit is contrary to the works of the flesh.

Whatever our body needs pertain to flesh. Body and spirit are contradicting with each other. You can yourself recognize the needs of the spirit. When we decide to fulfill the needs of our body, it should in no way contradict our spiritual needs.
