She deserves full honours in my opinion for pulling this country out of the mire and giving it self-confidence on the world stage. Unfortunately New Labour has managed to undo much of what was achieved by her government.

As Mrs Thatcher was the best PM Britain has has since Sir Winston Churchill who also had a state funeral so why not her.? Can anyone image Gordon Brown having the guts to stand up and fight for the Falklands. Would he have the guts to stand up to the then all powerfull unions. Would he have the guts to close down coal mines that were not needed. Even her poll tax is being used today its just has a different name, the council tax. The Iron Lady even helped to bring down the Berlin due to her friendship with  Gorbachev. She did not get that nickname for nothing.

Ms. Thatcher is entitled to all of the cermonies and tribute fit for any King or Queen. You people should be thankful you had such a strong woman in control for as long as she was. She was always at the top of my list of people I'd like to met.
