try   threw customer care is all i can suggest keep sending them a couple emails

join the club...i just open another account and move on...every time i ask why i got deleted they just say read teh y|a agreement...duh...that is so open to interpretation...the people doing the "judging" need to get a life....they have taken PC to the outer limits...
