Accounting Job in Georgia - Pls advice and help

I have recently moved from Australia and have 4 years experiance in credit collections, Accounts receivable with big companies.

Somehow, I am not getting response from Employers here . Tried applying through monster, careerbuilder, ajcjobs and few more.

Please advice some way through which I can get into job market again with a job of my feild.

Why not search directly on the sites of some of the top employers?  Coke, Staples, etc go to their sites and whoever else is in the area and look to see what they are hiring for and how can you fit in.  

As for Monster and the like - open up your search.  Don't search just for collections but for customer service too.  Do you have a degree?  If so, run an open search - in the advanced area, but mark the 4 year degree box.  Then look at all jobs that pop up in the radius you are seeking - you might find something that has skills that you possess and can translate in a field you never would have considered.
