Accredited online colleges?

i was wondering if grand canyon university was accredited for most schools in new york?

Grand Canyon University is a university in Arizona. According to wikipedia they're accredited properly. If you want to know if their credits will transfer to colleges in New York, I think you'll have to call up the colleges and ask them yourself if they will transfer credits from them.

I live in AZ and I thought of going to their campus but decided against it, the school was in a sketchy area of town. Since I live here, I scheduled a campus tour and it was all right. Not that its in a bad area but its not in the best. But if you want to get educated through the internet, then your best bet would be to pick a college like GCU that has a brick and mortar presence in addition to offering online programs.

They seem to be like a decent choice for getting your degree through online, a much better choice than university of phoenix.
