How much does a basic account cost?

  1. Unless you are a law enforcement professional, collection agency, an insurance claims adjuster or a few other professions it's pretty tough to get an accurint acct. You do not necessarily need a license, but you have to prove that you have a valid business reason to be looking for somebodies address and personal info.

    The base price is $75 per month for each per person who has a legit business reason to use the service. The $75 is just for access to the info. Then you pay anywhere from $2 to $12 for the varying reports on the individual you are looking for. Frankly, their prices went sky high a couple of years ago when they sold out to Lexis/Nexis (I think)

    I hear that many people who try to get accounts get turned down because they don't have a valid business reason.

    I believe you can go to their website and it will give you a list of what professions can get the access.
