Acer 9300 Internet Connection Problem still an...

Question

In response to BillW50 and Teis:
I have wireless connectivity from my laptop, when the power cable is not connected. The second I connect the power cable, I am disconnected from the internet. There is no option that I know of or can see to change channels on the Sympatico router. Tech Support from Bell believes this is an Acer problem. Still need your assistance (hopefully before my laptop battery runs too low again).
