Acer Aspire 7730 webcam can't use on MSN

When i try to go on webcam on msn it says 'We couldn't start your camera device. Please check that your camera is not currently in use by another program, and then try again.'As far as i know i dont have a program using my webcam and im sure there is no virsus or anything on it because its brand new.Help please
