Question:

Acer Aspire M100 desktop computer device driver...

I have an Acer Aspire M1100 desktop pc bought 2 weeks ago from Currys
It seemed very slow and so I did a system diagnostic report. On this it warned me that Symptom - 'Device drivers are not installed'
Cause A driver has not been installed for this device preventing it
from working properly.
Details The device driver for AR5523 has not been installed. The
device will not be available until the correct device driver
is installed
Resolution 1. Try installing the drivers using Windows Update.
This didn't work- said it could not find driver
2. Install the drivers that are on the installation media
that came with the device.
As I don't know which device it is I could not do this
3. Check with the manufacturer for an updated driver.
Again I do not know what the driver is.
I am a new computer user and no relatively little about computers - and so don't know if this is serious or not.
can anyone help (in simple terms) please. Thank you.
