Acer Aspire One Basic Model, is it supposed to come with a free sleeve case?

Hi,

about 2 weeks ago I got an Acer Aspire one laptop. The basic model with 8GB SSD and 512MB of ram.

Now when I did some reasearch before getting the laptop I found out that people were getting free sleeve cases. Now when I opened mine I found out that there was no sleeve case. Is it not supposed to come with one?

I then rang up Acer UK and asked and they said that the basic model does not come with the case. How come then when I have looked on the internet with google and youtube that people have had one of these cases even though they got the basic model.

Can anyone tell me why I have not got one of these cases and how I will be able to get hold of one?

Did you get this directly from Acer, or did you get it from a retail outlet?

If it was from a retail outlet, most likely they do not include a sleeve with it, if it was from Acer, you should probably put in a complaint.
