Acer aspire 5920 series wont load past windows.... i open my laptop hit the power button the acer

Question

i open my laptop hit the power button the acer logo pops up with an option to hit f2 for setup it then goes to a screen to either run windows repair or start windows normally with either of these options it will go to the little loading bar that says microsoft corp underneath it and just stays there on occasion it will go past that but just to a black screen
