Acer crystaleye webcam wont work with msn

Question

The crystaleye webcam in my notebook wont work together with msn messenger.Its bugging me alot becouse this is the only program i use in combination with the webcam.Its odd that the webcam itself works. The standard application provided by acer works - i can see my face and the camera works.But in msn i get the following message if i try to connect with my webcam:''We couldn't start your camera device. Please check that your camera is not currently in use by another program, and then try again.''But if someone tries to start my webcam on msn and i accept, i get this message:''Messenger is not available right now. Please try again later. (0x8ac70202)''I already re-installed all the drivers for the webcam and about 3 reboots.Help would be appriciated :)
