Question:

Acer issue: itunes wont recognize my cd burner

So I have this acer extensa 5420 and itunes won't recognize my cd burner. I read the troubleshooting and followed it, and my computer is only showing a dvd burner, not a cd burner. But the drive is a cd-rw/dvd-r drive.Any ideas?
