I have the Acer Travelmate7513 with acer orbicam ,the cam stopped working after only a few weeks of purchase it will work when i'm on skype or when it's in it's screen saver mode but when i try to click on it i just get ,a problem has caused the orbicam to stop working ,windows is searching for a remedy, thats been about 3 mnths now, can you help please.
