Aching in the back and in the abdomen with a feeling as if something is stuck at the top of my chest?

i dont know what they might be but i sometimes get a feeling as if someone stabbed my side. uggh deadly. talk to your doc about it maybe they'll get you to get an X-ray.

dpending how often this happens tell to your doc no matter what,

I would definitely go get an x-ray as soon as possible. That doesn't sound like something you want to take a chance with.
