Achy and not feeling well plz help?

I'm achy everywhere especially in my arms and legs.

i also had a runny nose and congestion and itchy eyes.

then i took a clariton and it relieved everything except the aching.

it is safe to take ibuprofen or actaminophen, that is paracetemol if you are in the UK ..you can take it with claritan its fine

take a stronger allergy medicine....read the label and make sure it relieves symptoms of pain. Maybe alegra but that may be over the counter...look for meds with a higher mg than claritin.
